C-17 Training Systems is responsible for the design, development, manufacture, and maintenance of training devices for a wide variety of commercial and military aircraft. The selected applicant will be a member of a geographically dispersed, high-performing, collaborative team, and must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, excellent time-management, and interpersonal skills. Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the development of the implementation of Data Management Customer Deliverables

  • Track and report data to monitor adherence to regulatory, configuration and contractual requirements

  • Complies engineering data into Customer deliverables using Word, Excel and CSDT software

  • Assists in plans, schedules and resource commitments to develop, test and deploy process improvements and changes

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):?

  • Associate’s degree or higher

  • Experience working in a team environment and communicating clearly with both internal and external customers

  • Ability to travel occasionally (10%) in support of the program and customer

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Configuration Management systems, Change Management, and PLM Processes and Tools

  • Experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other agile development experience

  • Experience working within the Systems Engineering “V’ Model

  • Familiarity with tools such as VersionOne, JIRA

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong collaboration and coordination skills

  • Current SAFe Certifications

Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years related work experience, etc.).

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
