Boeing Global Services is currently seeking to hire an Associate Systems Engineer 2:  F-15 Training Systems with interest, knowledge, and/or experience in the area of Systems Engineering to become part of the F-15 Training Systems team in Hazelwood, MO.  F-15 Training Systems is responsible for the design, development, manufacture, integration, testing, maintenance, and delivery of pilot and maintenance training devices for multiple F-15 variants.  This is an amazing opportunity to help drive technical excellence across all aspects of the program!

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop derived hardware engineering requirements from system-level
  • Supports Training Systems Engineering Products throughout their lifecycle, including Proposals, Program Management, Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and more.
  • Assists in plans, schedules and resource commitments to develop, test and deploy process improvements and changes.
  • Works under general supervision

This is a hybrid position that allows some telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite 80% of the time in Hazelwood, MO.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Technical Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 2+ years of experience working in a team environment and communicating clearly with both internal and external customers

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Systems or Design Engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and coordination skills

Typical Education/ Experience:

Technical bachelor’s degree and typically 2 or more years’ related work experience or a Master’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
