Boeing’s B777X to make international debut at Dubai Airshow – Business Traveller

Boeing has announced plans to showcase its forthcoming B777X aircraft at this month’s Dubai Airshow.

A B777-9 flight test aircraft will make an appearance in the show’s flight programme, as well as being part of the static display.

The Dubai Airshow takes place between November 14 and 18 this year, having been cancelled in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Boeing B777X had originally been scheduled to go into service in 2019, but several delays have seen this date slip to late 2023 at the earliest. The aircraft took its first flight in January 2020.
