Finance Career Foundation Program
The FCFP (Finance Career Foundation Program) is a 2 year leadership development program designed to develop high-potential, early career finance talent. The aim of the FCFP is to accelerate the development of dynamic and knowledgeable finance professionals by providing a challenging, fast-paced learning experience through four 6-month rotations in a variety of Finance disciplines including but not limited to Accounting, Contracts, Estimating & Pricing, Supply Chain Finance, Financial Analysis, International Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance Systems & Analytics, Corporate Audit, and Treasury. The program equips participants with the leadership and functional skills necessary to launch their Finance careers at Boeing.
The program will offer two start dates in the year of 2023. Applicants are advised to list their graduation date on their resume and tailor it to one of the start dates, based on their graduation timeline (i.e. those graduating in Dec, 2022- will start in March, 2023; those graduating in May/June,2023- will start in July, 2023).
This position may be available at major U.S. Boeing sites including: Dallas, TX, Plano, TX, El Segundo, CA, Everett, WA, Huntington Beach, CA, Long Beach, CA, Seal Beach, CA, Berkeley, MO, Saint Charles, MO, Hazelwood, MO, Mesa, AZ, Ridley Park, PA, Tukwila, WA, Renton, WA, Seattle, WA, and Huntsville, AL.
The program will provide exposure to multiple business units (commercial, defense, services, corporate, etc.) and variety of Finance disciplines offering a holistic view of the finance organization. The program includes development activities including site tours, mentoring, roundtables with executives, leadership seminars, and finance and business training courses.
FCFP graduates benefit from expanded career opportunities, a larger network, and depart the program prepared to take on Finance leadership roles at an accelerated rate.
Some of the rotations may allow telecommuting but others may require participants to be onsite. Therefore, all participants will need to relocate to a Boeing site. Telecommuting guidance will be provided prior to each rotation.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
Bachelors Degree or higher in a Business Related Field by June 2023.
Demonstrated leadership experience whether during internships, volunteer activities or university clubs or associations.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Overall GPA 3.5 or above based on a 4.0 scale.
Advanced computer skills Microsoft suite, and 2+ other programs (Tableau, VBA, Power BI).
Work or unpaid experience in any of the following: Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Contracts/Negotiations, Financial Planning, Estimating and Pricing, Process Improvement or Project Management.
Degrees in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or other analytical fields are preferred.
A 3.5 GPA or above is preferred.
