Take A Look Inside Bentley’s New Engineering Test Center

“Today’s announcement is another key landmark in Bentley’s ongoing modernization program,” said Dr. Matthias Rabe, Member of the Board for Engineering. “It will give us the independence to test our own engines and further enhance our industry-leading manufacturing plant in Crewe, as we move towards offering electric or hybrid versions of all our models by 2024.”

Rabe said that the £12.5 million (around $16.5 million) center will also allow the company to meet the demand for models like the Bentagya SUV and Flying Spur luxury sedan. In the US specifically, demand for bespoke Bentleys from the company’s Mulliner division has been strong.
